The My Home Mixed Use Township master plan dated 18 June 2026 describes a mixed-use district organized around residential Blocks A through L and commercial Blocks M and N. The residential groups occupy the western and central parts of the irregular parcel, while the two large commercial blocks sit along the eastern road edge. A community building, two park/open-space areas and two civic-amenity plots complete the principal land-use schedule shown in the drawing. The site-plan boundary follows Konadasapura Road on the north and the Whitefield Road–Hoskote Road side on the east and southeast. The drawing shows entry/exit relationships at the northern edge and at two points on the eastern/southeastern side. It also records road-widening areas, setbacks and a nala along the northern and western edge with a labelled 10-metre buffer. These relationships are important when comparing residential access, commercial traffic and open-space continuity. The 3D image on this page was generated from the master-plan drawing dated 18 June 2026. It preserves the broad irregular parcel, residential-west/commercial-east organization, two open-space zones, watercourse edge and principal circulation pattern. It remains a conceptual visualization: it is not the official drawing, a measured engineering model, a sanctioned revision or a construction commitment. The verified scale provides the factual frame. The site is stated as 52 acres 24 guntas, with about 5.14 acres of landscape and 2,600 proposed trees. The programme includes 5,735 apartments plus retail, commercial-office and community-centre components. Residential buildings are described up to 46 upper floors and commercial buildings up to 34 upper floors, with a maximum stated height of 152 metres. These figures belong to the proposed planning programme and should be checked against the current phase drawing before a buyer treats them as final. The drawing labels 12-, 18-, 24- and 32-metre internal roads, multiple 16-metre driveways and fire-drive circulation around residential groups. Use that hierarchy to ask which road serves a selected block, where service and emergency movement occurs, and whether commercial access is separated from residential gates. The dated plan establishes the broad network; it does not identify a final household route or current operating gate. For a township of this scale, the most useful questions are practical. Which entrance serves the selected residential phase? How are the two open spaces connected to Blocks A–L? Which civic plot and community building serve the chosen phase? Where are utilities, waste handling and water systems located relative to homes? Compare the current drawing revision, block reference and legal project identity with the configuration schedule and cost sheet before making a purchase decision.
